Our solution provides data analytics capabilities to analyse pattern of professional competencies, performance and achievement after each training courses enrol. Our solution will support improvement in managing professional gaps in their competencies and which training courses that appropriate with them. Furthermore, our sustainable solution online portal that able to manage professional skill set development based on the industry demand. To materialize this vision, complete user requirement had been analyse based of the observation and verification among stakeholders and user of the system.

We applied the potential of Big Data and Analytics Engine technology into our solution which integration of the raw data from multi-entities collected and processed using Data Analytics Engine to produce significant, reliable, consistent, accurate analysis results to reduce the Professional Competencies and Job Employability Skills based required by industry. Industry-Driven Data Analytics Professional Competencies result provide significant justification for highly recommended training required by professional. The core component source of data input from Industry player (Job Creator), Graduate/ Non-Graduate (Job Seeker), Educational Provider (Universities / Collages) and Industry-Driven Training Provider. Industry-Driven data analytic to identify level of current professional competencies and recommended the best training or short courses program offered by professional trainers, specialist, or expertise. The system also provides data analytics capabilities to analyse pattern of professional competencies, performance and achievement after each training courses enrol.
